Dedicated to my late friend John Blackwell, this is a song about a couple of guys in a hotted-up car out cruising around on a Friday night, based on the real life activities of DJ and JB back in the mid 70's.

Drivin’ around, listenin’ to the radio
We always tuned in to our favourite show

The great songs were great, the rest were really good
Rock and roll was surely here to stay
Fast cars and music every night and day
